About the job
Danone is seeking a Talent and Learning Manager to join our team. In this role you will be driven to attract the best talent into Danone Oceania through leveraging our Employee Value Proposition and pro actively sourcing the talent into Danone. Secondly, this role will be identifying the strategic learning priorities for Danone culture, Leadership and Management, soft skills and for allocated portfolio of functions to ensure we are developing the capabilities needed for the future.

Your responsibilities will include:
**Talent Acquisition**
- Activation internally and externally of our Employee Value Proposition
- Attract and select the best practice into Danone
- Long terms view of talent needs and proactive sourcing

**Learning**
- Define the Oceania Strategic Learning Priorities for Danone Culture, Leadership & Management and soft skills and develop learning programs to support these
- Identify and develop functional capability needs and learning solutions (leverage Danone global learning & local solutions) and embeding these with our Danoners
- Manage the mandatory e learning campaign and deployment

**HR Cycles**
- Assist in the effective deployment and embedding of the HR Cycle across Oceania (Set your objectives, Plan your development, Keep regular catch ups, Assess your performance and Understand your compensation)

About you
Ideally you will have:

- 5 years experience in Learning and/or Talent Acquisition
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with ease
