The opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for customer focused individuals to join our third party management team on a permanent full-time basis.

In this role, you will work to convert third parties to our accredited repair network, provide hire car services and be a part of our successful Motor Claims Business unit.

This is a rare entry level role into the insurance industry. The role provides an interesting opportunity for an individual with strong communication and negotiation skills with a passion for customer service.

Your new role- Convert third parties to our accredited smash repair network- Identify suitable mobility solutions for third parties- Determine liability and collect necessary information to progress a claim- Provide a valued service to third parties, increasing satisfaction- Communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders- Improve QBE’s reputation to promptly pay valid claims and provide quality customer service- Reduce claims life cycle and QBE’s third-party exposure

About you:
- Individuals with experience in customer service- Motor Claims handling experience is a bonus but not essential- Ability to communicate effectively with a positive and upbeat attitude- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Excellent negotiation skills- The ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
