The Group Treasury COO team is responsible for the development and execution of the overall operational and strategic objectives of the division. You will drive real change by contributing to the Group Treasury strategy, operational excellence, cost management, change management, communications, and our people strategy.

Based in our Head Office in Martin Place, you will be working in a dynamic workplace environment underpinned by innovation and collaboration. You will be part of a small, high-performing team and you will be able to drive and deliver initiatives autonomously with support from the broader team.

To be successful in this role, you will self-motivated and demonstrate learning agility, adaptability, strong communication skills, as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks. You will be able to analyse and distil complex data sets and service meaningful insights. You will need to possess the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and flourish in a fast-paced working environment.

You will be involved in planning Group Treasury events and communications for a large audience. You will also work with business partners including HR and Finance, to drive performance and optimisation insights. You will be exposed to a wide variety of tasks across operational performance, finance, strategy, communications, people and projects.

- High level of proficiency in Microsoft office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience in Power BI will be highly regarded but not mandatory
