**Your new role**
Are you ready to make an impact for a safer society? Working as a Fraud Assist Advisor for NAB Fraud Operations space, you’ll gain extensive exposure to variety of fraud prevention strategies.
On a day to day, you’ll be accountable for:

- Addressing fraud related enquiries in an inbound call environment
- Making outbound calls to notify the customer that their account was compromised
- Educating, reassuring and providing solutions to customers
- Following up on system-generated red flags regarding unusual customer transactions to determine if the nature of the transaction is fraudulent

This role is an initial full time 12-month temporary assignment starting end of February 2023. The hourly rate is $34.33 plus super.

There is opportunity to become permanent or contract extension.

You will need to be flexible to work on a rotating roster from Monday - Sunday between 7.30am to 11.30pm, working on average 37.5 hours a week.

**Please note that you will be entitled to penalty rates if you work past 7pm on weekdays or if you work on weekends.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Customer service experience (retail or hospitality) is necessary
- Previous Banking or Call Centre experience is highly regarded
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster across the week, including weekends and Victorian public holiday
- Effective verbal and written communications skill
- Strong resilience and work ethics
- High energy individual with the ability to problem-solve

This Fraud Assist Advisor is the gateway to become a n Analyst after 12 to 18 months period. You will join a closed-knit and energetic team who focused highly on team engagement.
