About the Role

We are seeking a passionate individual who strive in assisting other and wants to join a team that priorities diversity, inclusion in a professional and fun working environment on a fixed term of 6 months.

As a Human Resources Coordinator you will be responsible in providing an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to the Human Resources department and Hyatt Hotel associates.

Some of the responsibilities include
- Perform administration and secretarial duties for the Human Resources Department.
- Maintain associate records including the inputting of data into the Human Resources property management system (People Hyway / PSE)
- Participate in the recruitment process by arranging interviews, conducting reference checks, and administering regret/offer correspondence.
- Ensure to collect all required documents and information for new starters and setting up in the system
- Assist the training function in the hotel by coordinating room set up, invitations, attendance records, administering certificates, handouts and other related training materials.
- Administer the Associate Recognition Programme, HYstar.

**Qualifications**:

- Administrative Experience
- Experience in Hotels highly regarded
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High level of computer skills
- Demonstrated organisational skills
