**ASO4 Accounts Payable Business Support Officer**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
The Senior Business Support Officer is responsible for the provision of a proactive and responsive financial, procurement and administration support function to enable successful outcomes for management and staff, across various functional areas of Super SA. The Senior Business Support Officer supports the efficient and effective running of the office.

Key result areas include Accounts Payable (Basware) function, providing financial and procurement support, administration support, records management, stakeholder liaison (internal and external), meeting support, research and compliance activities.
- Accounts payable functions within Basware
- Assisting the Finance team in general accounting duties
- Providing Procurement support to the Procurement Team
- Providing support to the Actuarial Team
- Maintaining physical and electronic records using Objective and Super SA specific filing protocols
- Taking minutes of project meeting when required
- Maintaining administrative systems, processes and procedures and reviewing/improving on an ongoing basis
- Participating as a senior member of the broader group of Business Support Officers and providing cover during absences and during peak periods for other members of the group.
- Preparing, collating and distributing meeting agendas and supporting papers
- Recording and preparing accurate minutes, of meetings and action lists
- Filtering/responding to enquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner and to a high standard
- Providing confidential secretarial support to the Executive Team as required
- Contributing to the planning and co-ordination of events and activities
- Co-ordinating management and staff attendance at conferences and events and arranging associated travel, accommodation and itineraries
- Liaising with the Board Support officer in regard to Board papers and administrative delivery on time

**Job requirements**:

- Previous 12-month experience in Accounts payable and Business Support
- Previous Government experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, computer planning skills to manage multiple priorities
- The ability to communicate, written and verbally, clearly, and effectively with all levels of internal staff and external clients
- Good initiative when responding to challenges in a pressured and changing environment
- Effective problem-solving ability
- Able to exercises tact, diplomacy and discretion when required
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Must have the right to work in Australia
