Reporting to the Executive Manager, People & Transformation Communications, you'll join the Employee Communications team, an integral part of nbn's Corporate Affairs business unit.

A bit about your role

As the Employee Communications and Events Lead, you'll work closely with the nbn's People & Culture business unit, planning and delivering company-wide people communications across a diverse portfolio.

You'll also lead nbn’s enterprise calendar of employee events. From managing calendars, planning, invites, event communications, logistics, liaising with stakeholders and suppliers, and executing events, you will have end-to-end responsibility for employee events.

A bit about you

You are curious, creative, collaborative, and agile. You will bring demonstrated experience in events management and experience in professional communications, ideally employee communications.

The Employee Communications and Events Lead will have effective stakeholder management capability, exceptional relationship-building skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills and industry-related tertiary qualifications in communications and events would be valuable.
