**Job Description**:
The Kieser Australia Brand Manager will join our team during an exciting growth period. We are looking for someone to take our proven acquisition strategy and extend that to build brand awareness and customer retention. This period of rapid growth brings opportunity to own your own space, have immediate impact and varied career development within Kieser.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Bring the brand strategy to life
- Design and execute content strategy using internal and external resources
- Manage national campaigns for 26 clinics in emerging and established markets
- Manage new product campaigns and new clinic campaigns
- Report performance on key metrics directly to members of the Executive Team
- Report directly to the CMO
- Manage internal and external resources overseeing company communications including:

- Team
- Client
- Organic social
- PR

**Finer details**:

- Open to Sydney or Melbourne location
- Hydrid role (option to work from home 60% of the week)
- Flexible working hours
- $110k-$130k base + super (salary based on exp)
- Late July/early August start date

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant degree in marketing

**Experience**:

- Background in communications and branding
- 5-7 years experience
- Experience in building brand belief
- Experience in service industry
- Must have experience with developing and executing strategy within a medium to large organisation
- Demonstrated experience in improving and driving performance
- Demonstrated ability in measuring key performance metrics from brand awareness to acquisition rates and retention
- Must have a willingness to be hands on copy writing and content creation
- The ultimate team player with extensive experience working in a team environment
- A strong history of delivering outcomes in a commercially driven and team oriented environment
