**The Role**:
Be part of a well know speciality retailer who houses 7 in-house Fashion/Retail Brands You will work alongside the Marketing Manager to develop and deliver the overall brand direction through the execution of the AU and NZ Marketing Plan.

**Key**
**Responsibilities***:

- Work with the Marketing Manager to develop the strategic direction of the brand which is aligned with the customer and merchandising strategy.
- Collaborate with agencies to deliver the brand strategy.
- Drive the internal alignment of the brand strategy and message - playing a key influencing role with the Product, VM and Retail Team in the HQ.
- Develop the Marketing Plan to reflect the brand & trade strategy alongside the Marketing Manager.
- Promote and maintain brand awareness nationally and in all local markets.
- Considering marketing plan and current marketing budget, make decisions on the best spend to deliver the best possible level of brand awareness and strongest return on investment.
- Build the Online and Social Media Strategy as a key element of the Marketing Plan.
- Oversee implementation of all marketing progress.
- Develop strong relationships with VM Manager and Product Team, Graphics, Planning and other areas that influence the Marketing area.
- Manage the Social Media and Online Channels to ensure effective and appropriate communication with the customer.
- In conjunction with the Marketing Manger you will create the Annual Marketing Budget.
- Experience within Retail Marketing, preferably fashion.
- Solution focussed and a forward & strategic thinker.
- Experience in content shooting is an advantage.
- Be a great multi tasker and able to work within a busy team environment.
