Our client is a leading provider of healthcare equipment and supportive technologies, who are dominating the market with their innovative products and exceptional service. With a commitment to improving the lives of their customers, they are dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry.

Due to continued growth, they are in need of a Medical Equipment Sales Representative to join their team. The role will be based in Bendigo and cover a territory from Gisborne to Barham and is a permanent, full-time position.

It is a key role in servicing clients in the Home-Care space, Allied Health professionals, NDIS and other government funding bodies. The role is varied in nature, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service to maintain our client's position as a market leader in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities will include:

- Maintain existing accounts while also identifying new business opportunities
- Assist clients with general inquiries regarding product suitability and availability
- Provide product demonstration and training
- Manage your own client contact cycles
- Attend regular inhouse product training sessions to ensure you stay up to date with diverse product range to best serve your customers
- Promote and sell all products in an ethical manner that best meets your customers’ needs
- Ensure “Loan Stock” for trials are properly controlled and administered
- Ensure quotes are actively followed up and pursued
- Maintain customer records and progress reports
- Inspect and report defective equipment in accordance with company policy
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- A proactive approach to work
- Enthusiastic elf-starter who can build effective relationships
- Prior experience in health/medical related field in a clinical, sales, or customer service related position would be highly advantageous
- Possess a positive, and customer focused attitude
- A team player that can add value in a dynamic business culture
