We have an exciting opportunity within the Customer Experience division. Ignite your creative spark and join our Customer Engagement team to support with developing and delivering engaging marketing initiatives and strategies.
- Temporary up 6 months with a possibility of an extension. 35 hours per week.
- Location: Sydney CBD. Flexible and remote working options available.
- Clerk Grade: 5/6. Base salary $89,707 pa to $98,982 pa plus super and annual leave loading.

**About the team**
The Customer Experience division provides a wide range of specialist support across NSW Trustee & Guardian divisions including customer advocacy support, service design, business development, marketing, brand, communications, and media services.
**About the role**
The role is responsible for supporting the team to develop and deliver engaging integrated marketing campaign initiatives that increase brand awareness and consideration for NSW Trustee & Guardian’s products and services. The role works closely with team members across the Customer Experience division and NSW Trustee & Guardian, to assist in delivering specialist marketing support and campaign activities that improve customer experience outcomes, and drive NSW Trustee & Guardian’s positive brand awareness.

**About you**
**You are a motivated creative marketing specialist** responsible for supporting the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives, that build brand reputation and drive improved business results.
**You have experience in marketing and campaign development** across multiple touchpoints, including digital content, for a diverse range of customer groups. You are passionate about helping to create campaigns that have the potential to connect, engage and inspire people to think differently and take action.
**You enjoy working collaboratively**. You can build relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, you have a good rapport with your colleagues and community, across all levels.
**You are a good communicator**, helping others understand customer perspectives, issues, and opportunities.
**You are results driven**. You can work independently and are self-motivated. You can manage competing priorities whilst staying focussed on achieving our goals. You support and deliver continuous improvement.
**Essential Requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience in a relevant discipline or industry within services sector, professional and or community focussed areas across a diverse range of customer groups.
- Up to date COVID-19 vaccination status and able to provide acceptable proof.
