**Role Location**: Melbourne

**Role Type**: Permanent, Full Time

This role sits within the Australia Retail and Australia Commercial I.AM Amplified program which is driving the successful implementation of the revised NFR Framework. This large-scale transformation program impacts a significant portion of ANZ systems, process and customer base. It is a crucial role in the program to assist with the consistent delivery of project components, quality assurance on project reporting and project management mechanisms.

**The program will deliver**:

- Up to date knowledge of our compliance responsibilities, business processes supporting these and our control environment
- Clear roles and responsibilities and target operating model for NFR & Compliance management across both Australia Retail & Australia Commercial Divisions
- Robust NFR management and capabilities
- Accurate data on our NFR risk environment, compliance responsibilities, controls and remediation to reduce NFR
- Automated tooling and process improvements for NFR management

As Delivery and Scheduling Manager, you are responsible for driving delivery consistency across work streams that encompass the program (including project plans, prioritisation of initiatives, reporting, financial management, resourcing)

What will your day look like
- Coordinating program governance activities (planning, financials, RAID reporting etc.) across the various work streams within the program and maintenance of the delivery of work in Jira and PPM
- Facilitating stand ups, working groups and steering committees
- Coordinating sprint planning meetings / sprint reviews / retrospectives
- Consolidation of work stream reporting and tracking milestones at the work stream and program level
- Coordinating the program of work from Jira and PPM for executive and Group I.AM Program reporting
- Ensuring compliance with ANZ’s Delivery Framework and conduct regular project assurance reviews to monitor compliance with standards and guidelines
- Program financial management and reporting (including preparation for the Quarterly Business Review)
- Assist program stream leads in the development of initial project schedules and stream budgets
- Oversee project change requests and compliance with process
- Preparing input into communication packs for various forums, meetings and working groups
- Minute taking
- Organising and facilitating workshops where necessary
- Ensuring the smooth execution of day to day program management activities (document management etc)

But back to some of the skills
- You will have created and maintained critical project artefacts including schedules, budgets, status updates, RAID logs etc, and ideally have worked with other project managers to coordinate and integrate program governance activities across multiple work streams / programs.
- A high level of proficiency in developing and maintaining a detailed WBS and Schedule across multiple streams, ideally in MS Project
- Demonstrated organisational and project management experience and capability, including the ability to achieve objectives within tight timeframes, and actively engage stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic and fast paced program environment effectively and flexibly.
- Proven experience, with an in-depth understanding, of the delivery life cycle and strategic development of delivery plans, objectives and documentation
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
- Considerable experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project, and preferably have experience in SharePoint, Jira and Confluence
- Financial and milestone reporting and tracking capability
- Experience in delivery transformation / change programs
