About the role

We are dedicated to excellence in service delivery and committed to enhancing both our natural and built assets. We are seeking an experienced leader to develop and manage our large team responsible for creating effective delivery strategies and managing a program of works across these assets, by driving change through performance tracking, implementing efficiencies, and ensuring that all planning, scheduling, and coordination activities are conducted safely and with environmental consideration.

About you:
You will be confident in managing resources across programs of work to deliver best for organisation outcomes, fostering a high performance culture by setting clear goals, holding people accountable and managing performance.

Collaboration will be key to success in this role, engaging with internal stakeholders, external contractors, and industry partners to achieve shared objectives. You will be exceptional at communication, relationship management, with the ability to influence other senior leaders to achieve business outcomes.

You will have the experience to lead teams to design and deliver process and system improvements that take full advantage of technology innovations.

Experienced in delivering Annual Works Plans aligned with operational, seasonal and customer requirements within financial forecasts

Have safety at the forefront of the work you do, to ensure safety and environmental aspects are considered across planning, scheduling and coordination activities.

Have developed interpersonal skills and a high level of influencing and negotiation skills

Have a strong sense of commercial / financial business acumen

This is a full time role primarily based from 990 La Trobe St, Docklands, however your team will be located across our regional locations, therefore you will be required travel as part of this role.
