THE ROLE
- Macquarie Business School (MQBS) is recruiting an Engagement Manager.

Reporting to the Faculty Executive Director, the Engagement Manager will lead and support the development and implementation of the Macquarie Business School engagement strategy.

This key role will manage and maintain a ‘single view of the client’ that ensures all engagement activity performed for the School by various divisional units is coordinated, efficient and harmonious with University engagement initiatives and activity. The Engagement Manager will lead the development, implementation and ongoing review of the School’s external engagement initiatives, including connection opportunities for alumni and industry partners, developing and implementing operational plans to identify relationships with key individuals and organisations, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that engagement activity translates to measurable impact.

ABOUT YOU

You will be a strategic thinker with leadership and drive who is able to deliver service excellence in collaboration with School Executive. You will bring your own management expertise in higher education or similar fields, along with a thorough knowledge of corporate engagement, relationship management and project management principles.

A natural multitasker, you will utilise your exceptional communication skills to influence, negotiate and motivate senior managers, executive, academics, alumni and students.
