As the
**HR Advisor | Projects**, you’ll work closely with the Head of People and Culture on a range of initiatives across all touch points of the employee lifecycle. The scope of responsibility includes:

- Administration of HR programs including workplace relations activities
- Generating people metrics/data reports and conducting analysis activities
- Conducting gap analysis on the employee lifecycle and identifying areas for improvement
- Developing of HR processes and procedures including work instructions
- Provide support to stakeholders on EA and Award interpretation

As an individual, you will enjoy data, analysing and problem solving. You’ll be able to draw conclusions and position recommendations which can be put into practical solutions.

You’ll benefit from working with a leader who is collaborative and results orientated, providing you with lots of variety and scope in this role.

This role offers a hybrid working environment and is close to public transport links.

Competitive remuneration offered (including NFP salary packaging up to $15,900 and Meals Card up to $2,700).
