As the
**HR Projects Specialist**, you’ll be supporting HR transformation activities with a focus on payroll compliance. This is a complex workplace relations environment, where your role is to interpret/analyse a range of industrial instruments (EA’s, Awards etc) to determine the linkage between existing policies and the employee lifecycle. Day to day you will:
- Review EBA’s, Awards and other industrial instruments
- Analyse existing HR policies, process and procedures to determine current state compliance
- Design policies, processes and procedures for a future state compliance model
- Engage with operational and functional statekholders
- Analyse historical data sets and metrics
- Significant experience informing HR policy design and compliance
- Ability to analyse a range of industrial instruments
- Experience gained in supporting projects with a compliance focus
- Highly developed communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Skills in conducting process gap analysis and making recommendations
- Deep HR knowledge with a specialisation in ER/IR
- Industry knowledge gained in complex operational setting
You’ll work closely with a collaborative Head of People & Culture. If your approach is analytical and you enjoy problem solving, there is lots of scope and variety in this role.
This role offers a hybrid working environment and is close to public transport links.
