How you will make an impact

We are seeking an enthusiastic Research Fellow to join the Cabrini Monash University Department of Nursing Research. The primary purpose of this position is to provide research support to the Director of Cabrini Monash University Department of Nursing Research for all projects being undertaken, with a focus on two 12-month Cabrini Institute-funded projects relating to COVID-19 at Cabrini Health.

You will have:
- A Ph.D. in a health-related discipline-
- Demonstrated experience in mixed quantitative and qualitative research methodology.- Highly developed interpersonal skills including the ability to participate in a team environment demonstrating clear communication and mutual respect.- Demonstrated experience in working on research projects collaboratively across disciplines, including the ability to coordinate research projects.- Demonstrated skills in scientific writing, grants, and manuscripts.- Excellent data management skills, including collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data (e.g. interviews, focus groups, surveys) using SPSS or STATA, NVivo, or similar- High-level computer skills, including MS Office, EndNote- Proven ability to work independently, use initiative, and meet tight deadlines.- Awareness of the principles of confidentiality, privacy, and information handling
