**We are looking for motivated and driven graduates to join MinRes on the 2025 Graduate Program**
- Join a diverse business spanning across multiple commodities such as Lithium, Iron Ore, Energy and Mining Services

**The Opportunity**

As part of the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to kick
- start your professional career with one of Australia’s fastest-growing mining companies.

This two-year program will challenge your thinking across the financial improvement team, offering immediate exposure to large-scale projects throughout the business.

With continuous guidance from committed leaders, you will find yourself in an optimal position to develop a thriving career in the mining industry.
- 4 rotations within Anaplan team exploring FP&A Models, Mine Planning and other MinRes Pillars including AMG and Construction
- Anaplan introduction, basic training and Model Builder Certification
- Perth based corporate role

**Requirements for the Role**

To be eligible for the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you’ll need to:

- Graduated by the end of 2024 in Bachelor of Actuarial Science, Degree in Data Sciences, Degree in Finance / Accounting, or have graduated from a recognised University within the past 24 months;
- have availability to commence full-time employment at the end of February 2025;
- Must be based in WA or willing to relocate
