The Opportunity
This two-year program with the Marketing Department offers immediate exposure to large-scale projects throughout the business at national scale.


With continuous guidance and support throughout your program, you will find a clear path and a welcoming environment to begin your career and grow with MinRes.


  • Rotations across Marketing, Digital, and Communications teams.
  • Active participation on multimillion dollar marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional events; digital marketing, user experience and websites; analytics and data; brand and creative production; and communications and content management initiatives.
  • Based at our stateoftheart Head Office in Osborne Park.

Requirements for the role
To be eligible for the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you'll need to:

  • Have a degree in Marketing, PR, Communications or related field;
- graduate by the end of 2024, or have graduated from a recognised University within 24 months prior to the program's intake date;
- have availability to commence full-time employment at the end of February 2025;
- based in WA or willing to relocate.

The process

  • You'll be asked to create a new account, or to login, if you already have one, in our recruitment system.

  • Onboarding will be conducted closer to the start date in February 2025.
