This new position will provide an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic **Production Planning Coordinator** to join our team to assist with production and purchasing requirements for our factory in **Belrose, NSW**.

At this facility we manufacture/assemble warehousing racking, conveyers and other equipment. The primary focus of this position is to plan and coordinate all phases of manufacturing including parts, components and assemblies.

**The Key Responsibilities will include**
- Ensuring that goods, equipment, material and services are procured and assembled in accordance with specified requirements, as to quantity, quality standards and comply with relevant OHS&E and engineering standards
- Assist with work capacity planning by liaising with stakeholder and reporting on task requirements
- Provide instructions/packages to the factory team for production orders
- Monitor and review inventory requirements and conduct ongoing stock takes
- Ensure timely completion of projects and finalising all necessary processes
- Use Siteline (ERP system) to manage resource, stock and project requirements
- Ensuring efficient and timely administration of records and files
- Focus on further improving Dematic’s OHS&E program and plant safety

**Knowledge and Experience**

We are looking for a strong team player that is adaptable and has a passion for manufacturing and continues improvement mindset. Ideally you may have recently graduated from university or had some general exposure to manufacturing environment in similar production planner roles. As well as;
- Engineering or Production Engineering degree background highly desired. Other qualifications in manufacturing/production disciplines are highly regarded.
- Strong customer focus (both internal and external)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organising skills whilst being "hands on" with day to day tasks
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Well-developed computer skills in MS Office such as Excel and Word
- Exposure to ERP systems highly regarded but not mandatory

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
