Assortment Planning Assistant

The Assortment Planning Assistant will support Pandora across the Australian and New Zealand market in managing the collections from pre-season planning to launch and post-launch analysis.

 

Key accountabilities:

  • Support the financial success by meeting sales, margin, and inventory goals that maximise bottom line profitability
  • Support the Merchandising team to develop and communicate a comprehensive assortment strategy that supports financial goals
  • Ensure development calendar deadlines are met in order to deliver product on a timely basis
  • Take ownership of maintaining and updating all category related systems and tools
  • Support all aspects of the Go To Market Critical Path process
  • Management of the B2B Portal to support the wholesale and distributor partners

 

Pivotal and professional qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising or similar
  • 1+ years of solid experience working within Merchandising and/or experience from retail, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG industry.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong aptitude to learn technical applications (like: MS Access, Hyperion and APTOS) quickly
