We are currently looking for Talent Attraction Specialist’s to drive and execute recruitment strategies across a range of both technical and non-technical roles, managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process. Please note at this stage we have both a permanent, and 6-month Parental leave role available.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with hiring managers on creating and developing hiring strategies, compensation plans and headcount/workforce planning
- Provide best-practice advice to hiring managers on effective sourcing & selection methods to ensure the best talent is recruited
- Provide advice and support for interviews including coaching on competency-based interviewing
- Managing the offer, background check and onboarding processes
**What we are looking for**:
- Demonstrated experience in a Talent Acquisition role either internally or externally
- Previous experience recruiting Technology or ICT roles would be highly regarded, but not essential
- Experience using proactive sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, ATS Talent Pooling)
- Practical experience creating and using data & insights to support the development of effective recruitment strategies
- Demonstrated experience in partnering with the business to become a trusted advisor on recruitment needs
- Effective oral and written communication skills to ensure clear and accurate communication with both internal and external stakeholders
