To respond to enquiries/requests regarding Council’s community facilities and commercial tenancies. To assist with the resolution of issues associated with the use and management of public halls and community buildings. To give direction and support to Booking Officers to resolve booking disputes and clarify Council’s position. To develop effective working relationships, identify problem areas and investigate funding options with a view to improve community facilities. To review, develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures and protocols relating to the management and operation of community facilities. To prepare correspondence including discussion papers, reports and letters on community facilities related matters or as directed.

Qualifications, knowledge and demonstrated experience relating to facilities management, communication, stakeholder management and/or customer services. A demonstrated initiative, a flexible and proactive approach and enthusiasm including a willingness to attend out-of-hours meetings as required. A high level of written communication skills. Demonstrated conflict resolution skills. A Class C driver’s licence.

**Salary**: commencing at $79,919.32 gross per annum.
