Reporting to the Manager, People and Performance, this role will see you contribute to the delivery of the Bolton Clarke mission of “
- Helping people live a life of fulfilment_”. Working alongside People Leaders in the At Home Support (AHS) team, to provide support and advice to drive performance and a values driven culture across the organisation.

You will play an integral part in the implementation and delivery of a broad range of People & Culture initiatives across the full employee lifecycle. Seeking to identify ways to continuously improve capability, engaging and coach people leaders to deliver innovative people solutions as well as;
- Provide HR strategic, advisory and operational support to People Leaders and employees across the employment life cycle
- Supporting People Leaders with timely and effective, end to end management of all Case Management including complex IR/ER matters;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative and effective solutions that address critical P&C issues, in line with strategic initiatives ;
- Support operations with a variety of cultural, organisational and business change initiatives and improvements;
- Provide comprehensive guidance on the interpretation of P&C policy, industrial instruments and legislation;
- Use your commercial acumen, to link people and business strategy, with data insights to make evidence-based recommendations.

**About you**

As a passionate P&C professional, you will bring your generalist experience to the table, enabling you to partner with business leaders to a provide strategic, advisory, and operational HR support.

In order to be successful in this role you will;
- Have demonstrated experience in a similar HR role with a sound knowledge of contemporary HR strategies and practices
- Proven experience building and maintaining productive client relationships with a diverse group of key stakeholders, partnering with the business and acting as a trusted adviser for the end-to-end management of client operational HR needs.
- The ability to make rational and sound decisions based on consideration of the facts and the alternatives, sometimes with incomplete information.
- High level coaching skills at both an organisational and individual level.
- Resourceful and self-motivated, with the ability to work ‘in the grey’ and in a changing work environment.
- Consistently demonstrates personal behaviours that uphold our values of _Be Kind, Be Curious, Listening, Always Together and Always Safe._

Applicants must have relevant qualifications in human resources, or relevant industry experience, as well as the willingness to work from the Gold Coast at least once a week and travel to other QLD sites as required
