The Data Analytics Manager purpose is to manage the end-to-end data lifecycle, from data collection and processing to analysis and reporting, while collaborating with various departments to support business objectives.

The role will collaborate regularly with leaders across operational and functional areas. The role is a member of the Finance Services team.

Key Accountabilities:

- Develop and implement data analytics strategies aligned with business goals
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity
- Oversee the design and execution of data analysis projects to derive actionable insights
- Ensure the creation of accurate, timely, and insightful reports and dashboards for various stakeholders
- Interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear and actionable manner
- Work closely with other functions to understand their business data requirements and provide analytical support
- Drive data-driven decision-making processes across the organisation
- Manage data projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor project progress
- Address any issues or risks that arise during project execution
- Oversee the selection and implementation of data analytics tools and technologies
- Ensure the effective use of data platforms, software, and analytical methodologies
- Continuously evaluate and optimise data processes and tools
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of offshore data analysts and data scientists

**About You**:

- 5-7 years of experience in performance analysis, data analytics, business analytics, data engineering or a related field
- Strong background in performance analysis, data analytics, business intelligence (BI)
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (eg. SQL, Excel, PowerBI, ETL etc)
- Demonstrated ability to work in high paced and changing environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
- Highly developed business partnering experience
- Knowledge of data governance and best practices in continuous improvement and performance/ process automation.
- Obtaining business requirements and converting to reporting dashboards
- Degree in Finance, IT or Data Related Discipline
