**Available Shift Pattern**:

- Packing Team Leader Full-time: Monday-Friday (6:00am - 2:00pm).

**About the Role**:
As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for leading a team, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and encouragement, while ensuring that a high level of food safety and product quality are met. You will actively promote safe work practices and ensure a safe work environment is maintained by all members of your team.

**About You**:

- Previous experience within a similar role within an FMCG company.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team.
- Good communication, literacy, and numerical skills with ability to confidently liaise with management and employees.
- Knowledge of GMP and HACCP.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Be result orientated without compromising Safety or Quality.
- Flexible working hours required.
- Basic computer skills as data entry will be required.
