**What you'll be doing**:
Join the ITC team at Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District as a Support Officer on a Temporary Full Time Basis, with a possibility for the contract to be extended past 31/12/2023. The position of ICT Support Officer will provide administration support to the NBMLHD Information & Communication Technology Service, including the ICT Project Delivery Office and will be required to provide a comprehensive range of administrative and clerical duties to assist with the delivery of high value information and technology services to the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District. An interest in ICT would be advantageous but not essential.

**Selection criteria to be addressed**:

- Demonstrated excellent communication and customer focus skills both written and verbal, including a professional and pleasant telephone manner
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to provide secretariat services including producing agendas, taking and distributing accurate minutes in a timely manner and following up of action items
- Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Ability to work for more than one manager, in a team environment and independently with mínimal supervision
