**The Organisation**
Sutton Recruitment is proud to be working with one of Canberra’s leading Chartered Accounting firms to build their capability in the Restructuring and Recovery (Insolvency) Division. They are currently looking to recruit at least a Senior Analyst and Assistant Manager whilst also being open to other levels particularly at the Analyst and Assistant Analyst levels.

**The Roles**
You will work across both personal and corporate insolvency projects. At the Assistant Manager level you manage juniors and lead engagements that include financial analysis, restructuring projects and investigative work. You will be expected to deal with multiple stakeholders in a team that offers the full suite of insolvency and restructuring services. At the Senior Analyst level you will assist the Manager with the conduct of the assignments. Specifically, this will include:

- Day to day management of insolvency administrations under supervision of the Appointee
- Financial viability assessments, forecast reviews, contingency planning, financial modelling and sale/exit options analysis
- Analysis of financial statements of distressed businesses
- Implementation of cost savings and working capital improvement plans
- Managing and monitoring the cash flows of businesses
- Reporting to creditors, banks and statutory authorities

**About You**
You will be at least degree qualified (Accounting/Business/Commerce/Law ideally) and have at least 2 years’ experience working in restructuring and recovery.

You will also demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
