We welcome an experienced **Clinical Services Manager **to lead the care teams to provide excellent quality person-centred care and services to residents and their loved ones.

Supported by two Care Managers in this newly created role, the **Clinical Services Manager** will be responsible for clinical leadership and support the General Manager at our **Warralily Gardens **Home located in **Armstrong Creek, Geelong**.
- Located on the doorstep of the beautiful _**_Surf Coast_**_, Warralily Gardens sets a new standard for residential aged care._
- Central to the vibrant local community, Warralily Gardens offers the most extensive range of aged care facilities and services in the _**_Geelong_**_ region with _**_180 beds_**_._

**What you’ll be doing**
- Collaborate with General Manager on clinical management of the Home
- Lead and develop local care teams
- Manage clinical education and competency of staff
- Mentor, coach and support care staff in conducting quality assessments, care planning and reviews
- Promote and foster a positive, collaborative and diverse culture
- Support residents, families, visitors and staff in a caring and professional manner

**Things that matter to us**
- Two years’ experience in a clinical leadership role
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Relevant Nursing Qualifications (Division 1 Nurse)
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Relevant Nursing Qualifications
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- 2024 influenza vaccination
- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
