**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring effective diary management and scheduling
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
- Proactively anticipate needs and act accordingly to support the partners
- Collaborate with the team to optimise workflow and enhance efficiency
- Prepare and proofread various documents, presentations, and reports with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Act as a central point of contact, screening and handling incoming communications and inquiries.
- Organise and prioritize tasks and deadlines, demonstrating excellent multitasking abilities.
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all tasks

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally in a professional services environment
- Strong focus on effective diary management and scheduling
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well independently and within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential
- Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design tools is preferred
