**Salary Range**: $48,000 to $53,000 per annum

**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:_
- Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal time management.
- Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, while considering cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain and update electronic and physical files, ensuring easy access to relevant information.
- **Communication and Liaison**:_
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, relaying messages and inquiries to the executive as necessary.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the executive and team members, departments, clients, and partners.
- Draft and distribute internal and external communications on behalf of the executive, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- **Meeting and Event Coordination**:_
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other corporate events, including venue booking, logistics, and catering arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, collate supporting documents, and distribute them to participants in a timely manner.
- Take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion.
- **Travel and Expense Management**:_
- Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, while considering cost-effectiveness and preferences.
- Manage expense reports and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with policies, and timely processing.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**:_
- Handle confidential information with utmost sensitivity and maintain a high level of discretion.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of electronic and physical files, records, and communications.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior-level executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English), with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using productivity tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and support the team.
- Can take instructions and can work under pressure and will work extended hours. Should be able to travel interstate as and when required. Driver License is a must. Will be handling multiple industries
