**WE ARE HIRING A PSYCHOLOGIST OR ACCREDITED MENTAL HEALTH SOCIAL WORKER FOR A CLINICAL LEAD POSITION**
**JOB DETAILS**:
As the Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals, including clinicians who conduct clinical and risk assessments, collaborate on care planning, and ensure access to suitable community and clinical services.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance, service coordination, planning, implementation, and problem-solving to the team delivering intake, triage and brief intervention services
- Undertake a small clinical load to provide direct clinical services to consumers.
- Be a member of the leadership team to foster strategic partnerships within the community and contribute to service development, evaluation, and improvement.
- Work with the Lived Experience Lead to incorporate a transdisciplinary approach into the Centre's practice framework.
- Collaborate with Clinicians and Lived Experience staff to support consumers in achieving the best outcomes.

**SELECTION CRITERIA**:
- Formal tertiary qualification as a Registered Psychologist or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
- The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and WWCC
- Fully vaccinated against COVID
