**Lead our confidence Journey as Clinic Manager at Laser Clinics - Liverpool**

As Clinic Manager, you’ll guide our team in helping clients achieve their version of FEELING GOOD by:

- Leading by Example: Motivate your team to excel in their roles and achieve KPIs, leaving them feeling empowered.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee smooth day-to-day clinic operations and manage staffing needs for optimal coverage.

**We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have**:

- Formal qualification in Beauty (i.e. Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy).
- Experience in a clinical or aesthetic environment preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Business acumen and passion for the beauty industry.
- Focus on excellent customer service and results.
