The Company

Operating throughout South West and Western Sydney, our client is an approved provider of home care services to older people who receive support through the Commonwealth Government's Home Care Package (HCP) Program, and carer who receive respite and emergency care through Carers Gateway. They support clients to retain dignity, independence, and positive wellbeing through the provision of individualised personal care and domestic assistance, leisure and social activities, clinical and nursing care and meal preparation and nutrition. Facilities include a respite house, day care centre and activity hub, and access to an accessible minibus. They place the client at the heart of everything they do and provide services with compassion and competency.

About The Opportunity

We are looking for a clinical leader who will inspire & lead their team to success. We are seeking a Clinical Lead with compassion and empathy, who understands that attitudes are contagious (and who have one worth sharing) We want a passionate & dedicated leader to join our fun and innovative team.

You will liaise with residents, families, and medical professionals, and are encouraged to initiate and participate in innovative projects. The Clinical Lead is responsible for providing efficient and effective management of all resident care and wellbeing. The Clinical Lead ensures effective documentation of care and service, meeting legal requirements and maximizing Resident outcomes. As the Clinical Lead/Manager you will be responsible for, in consultation with the Residence Manager, developing, implementing and evaluating the clinical/care service components of the strategic plan and work around our values and relationship-focused approach to celebrating and supporting old age.

What You Need To Bring
- Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration
- Experience in aged care
- Experience in case management with a person-centred care model
- Demonstrated understanding of Aged Care Standards, Quality framework and accreditation expectations, Aged Care Act and professional standards of competence and conduct as regulated by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Proven ability to be compassionate towards employees, provide support, encouragement and recognition whilst ensuring they maintain work/life balance
