- Responsible for end-to-end execution _(ideation to development)_, leading and managing the CRM Platform Team

As the Salesforce Platform Owner, you will have full end-to-end responsibility of the CRM platform across the Qantas Group, from ideation to execution. You will act as the primary interface with internal business units, understanding their business objectives and goals; and ensuring this feeds into and aligns with the integrated roadmap for the Salesforce Platform across the Qantas Group. This role is critical for championing the use of Salesforce to solve business problems and share information in a controlled manner.
You will lead the CRM Delivery team, our Delivery Partners and work closely with Qantas Technology in respect to data governance and best practice solutions (architecture and cyber). In addition, you will collaborate with various stakeholders across the Qantas Group to provide support and act as an internal consultant to advocate how Salesforce can be leveraged and optimised for support on optimal workflow designs.
You’ll have
- 5+ years’ of experience in a large complex organisation, ideally leveraging the CRM capability and/or Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline
- Ability to interpret complex issues/transactions and industry leading research to leverage best practice CRM design
- Proven technical expertise across the full spectrum CRM’s
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels
- Demonstrated management experience including preparation and presentation of high-level reports, presentations and budgets
- Superior logical and rational decision-making skills
- Ability to spot flawed logic and coach team to correct errors
- Engaging facilitation with proven success
- The ability to distil loosely defined problems, identify potential approaches and solutions
- Experience in collaboratively developing and selling a portfolio vison
- Ability to express and present meaningful opinions regarding CRM design to all stakeholders, adapting tone to suit the audience
- Ability to think strategically in response to the brief and brand to create effective and innovative outcomes
- Ability to understand and focus objectives and deliverables at the technical level with a user-centric approach
- Keen understanding of how integrated CRM fits into the larger technology landscape
- Demonstrated experience in managing and influencing multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate positive outcomes at senior levels
- Ability to run forums with more senior management membership/participation
- Ability to manage cross functional projects which involve multiple and diverse areas
- Strong commitment to business improvement and ability to drive change and make things happen - Proven and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly self-motivated with a strong team spirit
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to interact effectively with senior management
- The ability to adapt diverse challenges and competing priorities and meet timelines
