We have a new opportunity available for a Process Improvement Lead to play an integral part in process improvement of the model of care across Residential and Home & Communities. Reporting to the Program Manager, Model of Care, you will partner with members of the Inspirit Team, internal and external stakeholders to understand the current model and identifying opportunities to streamline and redesign processes that support Catholic Healthcare’s new Model of Care.
Your role will include;
- Leading cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders to review and analyse current care delivery processes to identify process improvements
- Designing and testing processes to support the Model of Care implementation, with a focus on relationship centred care
- Lean process mapping - identify opportunities to streamline process, improve quality and enhance overall operational performance
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with the implementation of new care processes
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to design and document minimum care practices that can be replicated across all areas of the organisation
- Developing and updating process flow/mapping documentation
- Assessing impact of change to business processes and requirements
- Travel to sites across Sydney Metro, Regional NSW and S/E QLD
- Completion of tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business Administration or related field
- Certification in project improvement methodologies - Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile
- Demonstrated experience working in a project management role (preferably a complex Change and Continuous Improvement)
- Experience in aged care or health related field - desirable
- Be available to travel as required within role
- Advanced people consultation and ability to build positive working relationships
- A progressive and pragmatic approach to finding solutions
- Capacity to listen to people and synthesize information
- Strong facilitation and workshop skills, ability to give feedback
- Proficient MS Office and MS Project skills
