Sells the company’s high complexity products and/or services via telephone. High complexity products and/or services may include servers, instruments, storage, and networked systems. Generates prospective customers through cold calling and closes sales generated by cold calling. Qualifies and follows up with sales leads. May direct customers to website or other company resources for information. May establish and maintain relationships with channel partners. Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepares activity and forecast reports as requested. Exercises judgment with defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Has thorough knowledge of company products/services. Collaborates with both Field IGRT Sales Specialist and the Sales District Manager to maximize upgrade orders. Builds upgrade prospect pipeline by defining account plans, prospecting, and contacting accounts. Closes mature technology (less than $300K sales) and smaller upgrade (less than $100K) orders, independently, while team selling more expensive/newer technology products with Field Sales. Keeps field sales force informed regarding pipeline status and coordinates regarding opportunities. Handles inbound customer requests for product information and other support. Manages internal resources to ensure timely installation of upgrade orders. May execute on special projects as needed.

Required Certifications and Training: Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility. Experience Level with Business Tools: Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired. Typical Education and Experience: Associates Degree or equivalent 3 - 5 years of related experience
