**About the role**

The Culture, Talent & People Development Coordinator provides services and support for Australia and New Zealand as part of the Culture, Talent & People Development team. Working as an integral part of the team, the role is the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries and assumes responsibilities for administration, reporting and coordination activities relating to leadership development, people development, culture, and inclusion equity & belonging (IE&B). The role will also act in a support capacity on key regional projects.

The Culture, Talent & People Development Coordinator undertakes a wide range of support activities ranging from team related administration and reporting to the assignment and monitoring of required learning, end to end coordination of development programs, culture and IE&B activities and events, management of knowledge repositories and related policies and procedures, and maintenance of the team sharepoint / RaboHub sites. Much of the activity requires collaboration with the wider HR, Corporate Affairs and Workplace team and key business stakeholders for effective delivery.

**Top Role Accountabilities**
- Assign, update and monitor required learning to support individual and organisation compliance
- Develop and maintain the CTPD sharepoint/Rabohub sites including developing, curating, reviewing and maintaining relevant content, resources and site assets, team event and learning calendars and offerings.
- Maintain the team budget, including the organisation of invoices, reconciling costs, sending finance requests, reimbursements and distributing charges to the appropriate cost centres.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships including vendor set up, onboarding, assessment and maintenance of the vendor management system.
- Own and deliver projects that fall in line with Coordinator role responsibilities.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Prior experience in HR Administration or Coordination in a similarly structured environment
- Demonstrated experience with LMS or HRIS
- Coordination of events or Project Management experience
- SharePoint maintenance is desirable
