**The Role** - Responsible for end to end accounting for the business including:

- Full Accounts Payable & Receivable duties
- Bank Reconciliations, prepayments, accruals
- Processing monthly payroll
- Month end and preparing monthly income and expense reports for the Director
- Providing Accounting support to the Principal and taking the Board minutes at the monthly meeting
- BAS Creation & Payment
- Payroll Tax Reporting & Payment
- Staff Expenses, managing corporate credit cards
- Vehicle/Fleet Management
- Liaising yearly with external accountant

**The Person**
- Experience in similar role dealing with end to end accounts.
- MYOB experience is ESSENTIAL
- Proactive and highly organised
- Can work on own initiative and self managed
- Greta communication skills and be the voice/go to person for the company accounts liaising with all different departments, reporting into the Director
