**The Position**:
You will be able to carry out the following duties and responsibilities:
- Supporting and reporting to the Senior Bookkeeper and Finance Manager in assisting with: accounts payable, bank reconciliations, general journal entries, etc.
- Accounts payable entries in Aroflo Job Management System
- Assisting the Finance Manager with month end reporting & end of month reconciliations
- Correspondence with suppliers
- Other general bookkeeping responsibilities
**ABOUT YOU**
- Practical experience in Xero
- Practical experience in Aroflo (not essential, but desired)
- Prior bookkeeping experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Excellent organisational skills
- High levels communications skills; verbal and written
- Able to work well independently as well as with a team
