Bookkeeper - Professional Services - North Sydney

The Client

Our client is a well-recognised, professional services company known for their amazing workplace culture and continued growth. Originating in Australia, their path of success has made them recognised from all over, and are now experiencing a period of growth, seeking a talented Bookkeeper to support them through to year-end and potentially longer term.

The Role

Your role as a Bookkeeper is a full-function standalone opportunity, working closely with other non-finance stakeholders in the business. You will be responsible for:

- Onboarding new clients into system
- End-to-end Bookkeeping
- Payroll (low volume)
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Weekly and monthly reconciliations

Your Background

To be considered for this Bookkeeping position, you will have the following skills and attributes:

- Available immediately
- Strong end to end Bookkeeping experience (4 years minimum)
- Handled bookkeeping for multiple clients
- Xero system experience
- Extreme attention to detail - able to handle complex processes
- Intermediate Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables)
