**About North Projects**

North Projects is a specialist advisor and consultancy to infrastructure projects nationally. Our clients include State governments, company boards, financiers, developers, builders, governments, PPP Sponsors and tertiary education providers.

Establishing itself as a quantity surveying firm, we have expanded into project management, project assurance and civil estimating.

**The opportunity**

This brand-new role will oversee and deliver our talent acquisition, onboarding and capability activities nationally, working in partnership with the national leadership team and hiring managers to find, attract and retain talent.

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role will have a collaborative approach to work as well as the autonomy over activities and the opportunity to make their mark on how North recruits in this competitive market, how we onboard our new hires and how North continues to grow our talent.

You will:

- Partner with the hiring manager to identify open roles, build job descriptions, draft job adverts, arrange interviews and make offers.
- Work with Marketing to continue building an employer brand to ensure we attract the best talent.
- Contribute to the workforce and organisational development strategy to ensure we are meeting the current and future needs of the business.
- Graduate and Undergraduate recruitment to managers, from technical roles to corporate services and business support.
- Collaborate with state admin to ensure a consistent experience for new North employees.

About you:

- You have a passion for people, talent acquisition and organisational development and want to ensure the right people are hired but ensure that those are hired have the best possible experience.
- You have either Learning and development expertise with a flair for talent acquisition experience or a HR professional that has wants to be more focussed on organisational development.
- Thrives (or very comfortable) in an environment that is dynamic, ever changing and works for short time frames.
- Enjoys establishing processes and able to ensure that they are fully implemented.
