A Welding Supplies store, owned by a large, diversified corporation. Currently running successful operations throughout Australia and New Zealand via a network of distributors, partners, and retail stores. The brand has become a standout for offering and extensive range of high-quality welding machines and welding consumables.
The Role
The Administrator and Customer Service Representative is part of a team located in the friendly Brooklyn store in Victoria. The duties of the role will include but not be limited to;
Merchandising the showroom to a high standard;
Rolling stock takes to a very high level of accuracy;
Identify stock or products that are slow moving;
Monitor and action daily open sales orders;
Greet customers promptly and friendly;
Action all tasks given by managers and identified by yourself in a proficient and timely way; and
Follow up all customer enquiries in the minimum time frames to so as to maximise customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.
**Required Skills**:
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Administration or Customer Service experience is desirable; and
An ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
