Shaver Shop is Australia’s market leading specialist retailer in the rapidly growing personal grooming market and we pride ourselves on our product knowledge and customer service. Shaver Shop dominates its core business of both men’s and female hair removal and it also enjoys a healthy market position across many other personal care categories such as power oral care, massagers, female beauty & hair care.
Shaver Shop currently supports its 125 corporate owned stores located across Australia and New Zealand via a Support Office team of around 50 people.
- **About You**_
- You are naturally people orientated as this role requires you to liaise with a variety of different groups at varying levels within our organization.
- 1-2 years’ experience in recruitment, human resources, customer service or similar roles.
- You enjoy recruitment and the challenge of placing the right person in the right role.
- Experience in a fast-paced industry such as the retail industry is highly regarded.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and customers and manage multiple work flows concurrently.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and familiarity with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferrable)
**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Director Human Resources with a dotted line to the HR Advisor, you will coordinate the recruitment requirements for our corporate store network across Australia and New Zealand.
This exciting role will see you juggling numerous tasks at one time and therefore you will require an exceptional ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
The day-to-day duties of the role will include activities such as:
- Effectively utilise various recruitment tools, processes, and systems to manage the recruitment process.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Contribute to the development of standardised and repeatable recruitment systems and tools to facilitate effective recruitment processes and sound decision making.
