- The Culture and Wellbeing Consultant is responsible for providing strategic workforce and project advice and undertaking activities on a range of Culture and Wellbeing projects that support the implementation of the One Health Culture Program.At the Department of Health, we are proud of our people and the service we provide for our community. Working as a Culture and Wellbeing Consultant within People and Culture you will be responsible for providing strategic workforce and project advice and undertaking activities on a range of Culture and Wellbeing projects that support the implementation of the One Health Culture Program.
**The role**:
The Culture and Wellbeing Consultant is responsible for providing strategic workforce and project advice and undertaking activities on a range of Culture and Wellbeing projects that support the implementation of the One Health Culture Program.
Identify, develop, and implement projects and strategic activities designed to support the One Health Culture Program and the Department’s strategic workforce activities.
- Support state-wide Culture and Wellbeing workshop facilitation activities across the entire One Health Program portfolio, including design and delivery where required.
- Research, design, and develop evidence-based, context-relevant materials, resources and education to support Culture and Wellbeing related projects and initiatives, with a focus on providing engaging, dynamic and contemporary learning for the workforce.
