Senior Consultant, Workforce Wellbeing Inclusion and Engagement Government - State (Government & Defence)

Duties

To support the delivery of priority strategic workforce initiatives and projects, including key actions aligned to the department's strategic direction, that enable systemic support for the wellbeing of all staff.

To drive the implementation of organisational change in relation to mental health and wellbeing and inclusion through the design and delivery of evidence based programs and initiatives across the department, and engagement with individuals and groups within all levels of the organisation.

Period of Appointment
Hours per fortnight
73.5 hours per fortnight
The Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013requires persons undertaking work in a regulated activity to be registered.

A regulated activity is a child related service or activity defined in the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Regulations 2014.

This registration must remain current and valid at all times whilst employed in this role and the status of this may be checked at any time during employment.


  • Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status - Employment).
Qualifications and experience in an allied health or health promotion discipline.
