**The Organisation**

Our client is a well-established business with sustainability and innovation at the forefront of their minds. They have built a strong working culture which provides their employees with flexibility as well as a friendly and supportive team environment. Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable officer on a full time permanent basis.

**Position Description**

The duties of the role will consist of the following, however not limited to:

- Invoice processing
- Completing weekly & ad hoc payment runs
- Statement reconciliations
- Handle supplier queries
- Management of relationships with suppliers
- Month end duties
- Ad hoc tasks as required
- Produce purchase orders in line with Company Policy
- Vendor file maintenance

The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar end to end Accounts Payable role. You will also have the following attributes, but not limited to:

- Previous experience within Accounts Payable
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously, as well as collaboratively among a close knit team
- Ability to work proficiently in a high volume environment
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
