Showroom Sales Consultant

Plush is an Australian-owned and operated business, the first showroom opened more than 10 years ago and since then Plush has grown to become one of Australia’s most trusted retailers. Nick Scali acquired Plush Sofas at the end of 2021, and now between the two brands we have over 100 showrooms throughout Australia and New Zealand with plans to continue to expand throughout 2023. We pride ourselves on being the market leader and experts in luxury furniture design.
We are looking for a motivated sales professional to join our team at Richmond. This is a permanent part-time role working 35 hours across 5 days.

**The successful applicant will**:
- Be results-driven with a proven record of exceeding sales targets
- Deliver a best-in-class customer journey and be passionate about people
- Have an interest in furniture and product design
- You will have previous sales experience, ideally selling either furniture or high-end categories such as jewelry, cars, bedding, luxury goods/travel, etc.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be capable of listening to customers, build rapport, and offer solutions to their furniture needs
