The Opportunity
$26.19ph + super & weekend loading
Must have availability - Mon & Sat
This role is based in our stunning Richmond showroom that caters to bespoke clients. You will offer flooring solutions and expert advice to your customers, ensuring their experience is second to none.
We invest in our team, so we're looking for someone eager to learn, develop, and grow their skills in a friendly and supportive environment.

Your Role
- Provide an incredible customer experience throughout the sales experience
- Create customer quotes and follow up after the visit
- Keep product knowledge up to date through training and resources
- Update ticketing and VM in line with planograms
- Identify opportunities to provide additional value to customers and provide recommendations
- Work collaboratively with teammates and managers
- Offer support in Trade spaces as required
- Maintain showroom standards, ensuring things are kept clean and tidy
- Actively promote safety and abide by all OH&S procedures

- A keen eye for interior design
- Eagerness to learn - on-the-job training provided
- Naturally positive, and thrive in a team-based environment
- Able to achieve personal and team-based targets
- Ability to communicate and engage with all types of people
- Pro-active, always identifying opportunities to support others
