**About the role**

Partner with Hiring Managers to attract and recruit roles supporting our clients with disability and mental health issues including Disability Support Workers and front line Leaders. This is a 12 month parental leave contract that can be based anywhere in Melbourne. You can work from home or one of our offices (Box Hill, Bundoora, Sunshine, Watsonia or Dandenong), wherever you work best.

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide recruitment advice to Hiring Managers that result in good recruitment decisions and outcomes
- Drive process and consistency whilst upskilling and empowering Hiring Managers

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience within a high volume, fast paced environment with a focus on quality outcomes
- Attention to detail is essential along with a strong work ethic and a passion for recruitment
- Enjoy working in a supportive team that loves having a positive impact and talking about dogs
